These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the mobile app "TeeGee" (the "App") provided by Studio FiftyEight ("we", "us"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

The App is a mobile application for logging functional training and WOD-style workouts. It offers free features and premium features available via a monthly or yearly subscription.

2. Operating Environment

The App is intended to run on Android devices. For system requirements, please refer to the listing on the Google Play Store.

3. Premium Subscription

  • Premium features are offered as a recurring subscription through Google Play.
  • Pricing, billing cycle, and auto-renewal terms follow the information shown on the Google Play Store.
  • Cancellation can be done from the Google Play Store subscription management screen.
  • Refunds follow the Google Play refund policy.

4. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are prohibited in connection with use of the App.

  • Any act that violates laws, regulations, or public order and morals
  • Reverse engineering, modifying, or gaining unauthorized access to the App
  • Any act that interferes with the operation of the App
  • Any act that infringes on the rights of other users or third parties

5. Intellectual Property

Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the App and this site belong to us or the legitimate rights holders. Ownership of user-entered data such as workout records belongs to the user.

6. Disclaimers

  • The App exists to record and visualize workouts. It does not provide medical advice, fitness coaching, or nutritional guidance.
  • We accept no responsibility for any damages arising from your use of the App.
  • The App is provided "as is". We make no warranty as to completeness, accuracy, usefulness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • We recommend that you regularly back up your data via the in-app backup file export or Google Drive backup, at your own responsibility.

7. Changes to or Termination of the Service

We may change, add, remove, suspend, or terminate the App's content without prior notice, and we accept no liability for any damages this may cause to users.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms as needed. We will announce material changes in the App or on this site. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance.
